Returns caused by consumer ordering error will be charged round trip freight, and up to 25% restocking charge on special order items. We are more then happy to assist you with your order BEFORE you place the order if you are unsure of a products capabilities.

Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused and charged back to the customer.

Prices and manufacturer's product specifications subject to change. Products ordered at different times may not match.

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage with-in seven (7) days.

Orders cancelled after shipment subject to round-trip freight charges.

Substitution of products of equal or superior quality (due to mfg. problems or regional availability) may be made to improve service.

All funds payable in U.S. dollars.

Warranty Policy:
All circuit boards, consoles, vapor motors, and pulsers are warranted to be free from defect for one year from the date of delivery. All cash drawers are warranted to be free from defect for six (6) months from delivery date. All printers are warranted to be free from defect for ninety (90) days, also from the date of delivery. Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of the original part only. There is no allowance for labor or mileage. Warranty items will be repaired at no charge. Freight charges will also be covered for UPS Ground shipments.

This warranty will not apply to items that have been damaged by liquid spills, customer abuse, acts of God, improper installation, or damage in shipment.

Core Policy:
Cores must be in rebuildable condition and are to be a like for like exchange. Our normal exchange price will be charged when a core is sent to us along with your order. When possible, we will send our repaired/new unit in advance of receiving your core. If cores are not returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving our repaired/new unit, a core charge will NOT be credited.

Freight Policy:
Express, 2nd Day, Over Night, Early AM, and Weekend shipping charges are extra, and will be added to invoice. We strive to use UPS Ground wherever possible to keep costs down.

Credit Terms:
We accept all Visa, MasterCard and Discover Network credit and debit cards. NO Amex or PayPal At this time.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY. We warranty that the product will be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year, unless otherwise stated, from the date of the invoice or its total rated life, whichever first occurs. Within the warranty period we shall repair or replace such products as are returned to us with shipping charges prepaid and which are deemed by us to be defective. Labor and travel expenses are not covered. This limited warranty will not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse; negligence or accident; or misapplied; or modified or repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons; or IMPROPERLY INSTALLED.

2. INSPECTION. Buyer shall inspect promptly after receipt and shall notify us at our service center supplying the product in writing of any claims, including claims of breach of limited warranty within seven (7) days after the buyer discovers or should have discovered the facts upon which the claim is based. Failure of the buyer to give written notice of claim within such time period shall be deemed to be a waiver of such claim.

3. DISCLAIMER. The provisions of paragraph 1 constitute our sole obligations under any warranty, expressed or implied, and exclude all other remedies, expressed or implied including, but not limited to,

Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether or not purposes or specifications are described herein. We further disclaim any responsibility or liability whatsoever to the customer of the buyer or to any person for injury to such person or damage to or loss of property or value caused by any product which has been subjected to misuse; negligence or accident; or misapplied; or repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons; or improperly installed.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any accident, consequential or other damages, loss or expenses arising from any contract entered into by the company and the buyer or to any third party or in connection with the use of, or inability to use our products for any purpose whatsoever.

5. COLLATERAL PROMISES. There are no representatives, warranties, or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, except those herein contained and no agreements or waivers collateral hereto shall be binding upon the company unless in writing and signed by both parties and accepted by us at our service center.

6. INTERPRETATION. All rights and liabilities arising out of any contract, limited warranty or claimed breach therefore should be determined under the uniform commercial code as enacted in the state in which our service center resides.
